Overview:
This Social Media Manager will manage the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on audience engagement, professional networking, and ensuring a consistent brand message. They will also coordinate with the website management team to update and align social content.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Scheduling: Create platform-specific posts and stories for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that are aligned with the brand’s messaging and goals.
- Professional Networking on LinkedIn: Develop and manage partnerships with industry leaders, potential collaborators, and influencers, and engage with relevant LinkedIn groups to enhance brand presence.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and tagged posts, promoting a positive and responsive online community.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth to assess the success of content and make data-driven adjustments.
- Website Coordination: Collaborate with the website team to ensure consistency between social media and website content, and to update links, promotions, and campaigns as needed.
Working Hours:
Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends based on social media activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for brand engagement and professional networking.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication skills.
